Venuza · Reservation management for modern venues

Manage every reservation from one simple link

Set up your venue in Venuza, open the times you can take, and publish a booking link for each event. Customers book from your own website or social profile — and every reservation, confirmation and payment record lands in one dashboard.

  • No app or account needed for your customers
  • Two-step verification for every team account
Animated example of the vendor workflow. 1, Create: in the vendor portal, ABC Restaurant sets up its Dinner service event — permanent, ₹1,500 per person, 40 seats — with times at 17:00, 18:30, 20:00 and 21:30. 2, Share: a booking link is generated and copied, ready for the venue’s website, social profile or email. 3, Book: a customer opens the link and books Saturday 19 September at 20:00 for 4 persons; the reservation is confirmed. 4, Manage: the new reservation appears in the vendor’s list of today’s reservations.

Why venues switch

Stop managing reservations through scattered messages

When requests arrive by phone, messages and email, availability lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet and every booking needs a manual reply. One booking link gives every request the same clear path.

Before

Reservations spread across channels

  • Phone calls
  • WhatsApp and direct messages
  • Spreadsheets
  • Availability tracked by hand
  • Manual follow-up for every booking

After

One link, one Venuza dashboard

  • One booking link
  • Clear availability
  • Central reservations
  • Confirmation workflow
  • Payment records

How it works for vendors

From your venue to your first online booking

Five steps in the vendor portal. Set up once, then share your link and manage what comes in.

  1. 01

    Create your venue

Add your location, timezone and how much you can seat.

  2. 02

    Create your event

Choose a permanent event for regular service, or a single event for a specific date.

  3. 03

    Set availability

Opening hours and slot length per weekday — time slots are created for you.

  4. 04

    Generate your booking link

Every event gets its own link, ready to copy and share.

  5. 05

    Manage bookings

Confirm requests, check guests in and follow payments and reports.
