Why venues switch
Stop managing reservations through scattered messages
When requests arrive by phone, messages and email, availability lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet and every booking needs a manual reply. One booking link gives every request the same clear path.
Before
Reservations spread across channels
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp and direct messages
- Spreadsheets
- Availability tracked by hand
- Manual follow-up for every booking
After
One link, one Venuza dashboard
- One booking link
- Clear availability
- Central reservations
- Confirmation workflow
- Payment records

Your booking link
One link. Your booking experience.
Every event you create gets its own booking link. Copy it once, share it wherever your customers are, and every booking lands in your dashboard.
- Your websiteLink a “Book a table” button to it.
- Social profilesPut it in your bio or in a post.
- EmailAdd it to newsletters and replies.
- Direct messagesSend it when someone asks for a table.
It is a normal web link, so you can paste it anywhere — no special integration is needed. The address shown here is an example; your real booking address depends on the platform domain.
