Venuza

How it works

From setup to a full reservation book

Venues set up their events once. Guests book through a link. Everything lands in one dashboard.

For venues

Three steps to your first booking

  1. Set up your venue

Add your locations, create events, and set times, capacity and prices.

  2. Share your booking link

Copy the link for each event and add it to your website or send it to guests.

  3. Manage every booking

Confirm requests, check guests in and keep track of payments from your dashboard.

Getting started

How a venue joins

The platform team creates each vendor account, so every venue starts with a verified, secure login.

  1. You receive an invitation

The platform team creates your vendor account and sends an invitation to your email address.

  2. Secure your account

Choose a password and set up two-step verification with an authenticator app.

  3. Add your location

Address, timezone, and how many tables and seats you have.

  4. Create an event

Weekly opening hours or specific dates, prices, party sizes and whether you confirm each booking.

  5. Share your link and take bookings

Guests book online. You confirm, check in and keep track of everything in one place.

For guests

How guests book

Guests open the venue’s booking link. No account or app is needed.

After booking

What happens next

The outcome depends on how the venue set up the event.

  • Confirmed straight away

When an event does not need approval, the booking is confirmed as soon as the guest submits it.

  • Awaiting the venue

When the venue confirms each booking, the guest sees “Pending confirmation” until the venue decides.

  • Paid events

The spot is held while the guest pays. Once payment succeeds, the booking is completed and shown in the dashboard.
