Frequently asked questions

Answers for guests, venues and anyone curious about how bookings and payments work.

For guests

No. Guests book through your booking link without creating an account. After booking they get a booking reference and a private link to check the status of their booking.

The venue confirms each booking for this event itself. Your request is saved and you can follow its status through the link you received after booking.

Contact the venue using the contact details shown on its booking page and in your booking status. Keep your booking reference ready.

For venues

Venues are added by the platform team. Contact us and we will create your vendor account and send you an invitation.

No. Guests pay on the payment partner’s secure page, so card details are not entered on the platform.

Security and data

Only invited team accounts. The vendor portal and the platform admin portal are separate, and each account can only sign in to its own portal.
